Elementary Japanese Quick & Simple consists of two textbooks: EJQS Elementary-level and EJQS Elementary/Intremediate-level.
EJQS Elementary-level
EJQS Elementary-level consists of four modules: Module I The Japanese Sound and Writing Systems, Module II Grammar, Module III Practice, and Module IV Kanji. Through these four modules, students learn and practice vocabulary, kanji, grammar, and expressions to reach an intermediate level. Japanese beginner level textbooks are often separated into two or more books such as Beginner Japanese Vol.1 and Beginner Japanese Vol.2, but in EJQS Elementary-level, think of it as all being put together in one book.
EJQS Elementary/Intermediate-level
In EJQS Elementary/Intermediate-level, various exercises are provided using the Japanese studied in EJQS Elementary-level. By doing more activities with a practical application while using elementary grammar and expressions, students can improve their skills and promote a smooth transition to the intermediate level.

『EJQS 初級編』
『EJQS 初級編』は「モジュールI 音と表記編」「モジュールII 文法編」「モジュールIII 練習編」「モジュールIV 漢字編」という4つの編で構成されています。この4つの編を通して、学習者は中級レベルへ到達するための単語や漢字、文法や表現を学習し練習します。日本語初級レベルの教科書は『初級日本語 ○○ Vol. 1』『初級日本語 ○○ Vol. 2』のように2冊以上に分かれていることが多いですが、『EJQS 初級編』ではその全てが1冊にまとめられているとお考えください。
